We would both like to say how impressed we were with firstly you, in dealing with our request so promptly and also with Naomi who helped again very quickly with some of the queries we had.
It seems very rare now to be able to say that the service you receive from a company is excellent, but that is exactly what it was.
As you know we were let down at the last minute by our original shippers and contacted yourself on the off chance that you may have been able to help us with our shipment.
We have to say that from the offset you were extremely professional and helpful and managed to collect our goods the following day.
We were sent a message on the day of collection to give us an estimated time of collection and the two gentlemen arrive at the time they had stated
The two gentlemen who collected our item again were extremely professional and helpful and very thorough in what they did and we had no doubts that when the goods left our house they were in extremely good hands.
On the day they the shipment was due to arrive at our apartment in Puerto Pollensa we had a call to give us an estimated time of arrival and again the gentlemen arrived way within the given time.
Once again the delivery gentlemen were very professional and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.
We had two very large Sofas which firstly I must say had been wrapped again by you company for extra protection, that had to be expertly manoeuvred through our front door and without saying the guys managed it absolute professional manner.
The whole shipment from collection to delivery was handled with extreme professionalism and care.
All in all we were extremely impressed with your company and would not hesitate to use Webbs again for any shipping we may do in the future and will defiantly recommend you to any one who requires this service.
