As of Monday the 18th of May we will be commencing our weekly shared load service, UK to Mallorca and return.
In fact, we have run three trailer positioning trips in the past weeks so that goods collected prior to the lock down are now at the respective depots for onward delivery, collection.
Webbs International Removals is one of very few that is both Spanish and British Accredited and we are permitted to operate vehicles between depots.
However:
Removals are now under strict guidelines. This means the crews are in full PPE and therefore slows the process down. The Mallorca depot has been working, albeit a restricted removals service for the past two weeks, trialling various forms of PPE.
We have also completed a Risk Assessment of every job we undertake. This is for your and our safety. The crews do have a form to complete, please be aware that you will be asked to sign that this RA has been carried out.
Schedules:
We will aim to complete our safety checks as quickly as possible with priority to those whom have waited the longest. We ask clients to be as flexible as possible. Delivery’s and collections may be organised at short notice. It’s just a matter of utilising vehicles, crews and of course our customers, agents availability.
