A Welcome “Thank you”
Dear Naomi, Gareth, Bill, Rob and all the team..
Just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to all of you for the fantastic service, transferring our things from Notts to Soller last week-ish.
We have never done anything like this before so were slightly nervous, but having read so many brilliant reviews of yours we knew we were in safe hands.
Rob and his team were completely amazing!!
We were feeling rather despondent as (typically) the finca works weren’t finished, it was cold and miserable…and pretty dirty. Then all the guys turned up, on time, soooo helpful and best of all, full of banter and fun!
We instantly felt supported and at ease. I was directing the load through the house – ‘so sorry, that has to go upstairs, please’ ….and they kept saying ‘will you stop saying sorry!!!’
The access was completely lousy but NONE OF THIS WAS A PROBLEM for them…..they carried so much all the way down the drive, without a complaint or a ‘jobs worth’ comment. Completely fabulous.
Will you please pass on our thanks to all the boys, though I hope at the time we acknowledged their hard work.
We knew we had chosen the best and it is not cheap but you get what you pay for.
We are so pleased we chose you!!!
