Storm Gloria and Webbs International Removals
The week of the 20th of January 2020 saw Storm Gloria cause havoc over the Balearic Islands and the Eastern coast of the Peninsular
With Webbs vehicles held up in the Port of Barcelona and Valencia for over two days our record for a 100% on time Service to Majorca was about to be lost
But more importantly was the many loss of life this storm caused, here in Majorca,
Villages that were badly hit by the Storms last year, whom had then had been partially rebuilt and reformed, got hit again
Son Servera, S,illot were badly damaged, massive waves on the Coast at Cala Marcal, Felanitx
The Knock on effect meant that Ferries to the Mainland only resumed three days later, this meant our Service was one day later getting into the UK, however our Crews came in on the Sunday, unloaded, reloaded ready for the week ahead
