Dear Mr & Mrs Webb (or may I say Bill and Dawn)

 I would like this opportunity to recommend you and your teams, both in the UK and Mallorca, to any one wishing to make a move to or from Mallorca or any of the Balearic Islands.

We started the operation to emigrate back in October 2006 when I rang Webbs for a quote.This was one of four firms I had asked to quote, and one never actually returned my call! Of the remaining three it was Gareth Webb who came to our house to make a survey.

 The survey was done very professionally and confidently with a lot of advice during the time he walked around with us. His knowledge and understanding put us at ease and gave us confidence in their work.

 Within two days I had a detailed removal service specification in my hands that was three pages long, and it was clear and concise.

Of the other two firms, one took around two weeks to quote, and it was so complicated we could not work out any comparison, and the other one took even longer not to give a quote at all.

As you know our emigration plans consisted of a move from our house into rented for six months for approximately 20% of our worldly goods, and the remaining 80% to go into store for the six months. 

At the end of the six months a move was made from the rental property and all was sent to Mallorca along with our cars. 

Logistically this could have been a nightmare but the Webbs team were on hand to advise and assist with packing and all done in a friendly cheery caring manner. 

The remaining packing, the removal to store and rental was done comfortably in the three days allocated with a dedicated team headed by Gareth and Dean, and six months later (May 2007) the same team collected us from the rental property and three days later it was all delivered to our house in Mallorca. 

The team (lead by Jamie and John) in Mallorca again were professional and caring, and during the 2 plus days unwrapped and placed all the large items where we wanted them. Nothing was too much trouble. 

During this time Gareth was on hand by phone every day confirming we were happy with the job, and making us feel reassured during the stressful time. 

We are still unpacking china and glass since May, but when we need boxes and packing collected we just call Jamie at Webbs Mallorca office and Webbs do it, all as part of the comprehensive service.

Again we have been given good “non removal related “ advice, as we are new to Mallorca, all given with good intentions and a good heart.

 We are very happy with the way Webbs Removals conduct business and unreservedly would recommend them for any move!

 The whole Webbs family is pleasant to deal with and they can be justly proud of the teams both in the UK and Mallorca.
